Jcw seats on Cooper S - Is it possibile?

Hi guys! Last week I drove a wonderful Jcw that had the beautiful sport seats as below:

Is it possibile to mount on my Cooper S? Are they plug&play?
Is there a unique code on Etk or Should I buy singol parts?
