Wenn mich meine Englisch-Kenntnisse nicht im Stich lassen, steht genau das nicht da.

Das blöde ist aber - wenn ich's richtig verstehe - dass das Car Play eigentlich ja eine viel kostengünstigere Lösung sein sollte, als die "full blown" Kommunikationssysteme der Hersteller, da man nur noch nen Bildschirm braucht, um IOS oder Android und deren Apps vom Smartphone im Auto nutzbar zu machen.
Hier muss man aber die teure aall inclusive Version kaufen um dann zusätzlich das Car Play zu haben.Oder hab ich was falsch verstanden?

Mein Verständnis:
"All JCW Clubman wish the optional wide-screen navigation will have the new system. Further we’ve seen several regular Cooper and Cooper S Clubman arrive at dealerships with the system as well. All Countryman with the optional wide-screen system will also have the touch-screen navigation system. Finally we should see this new touchscreen navigation migrate to the F56, F55 and F57 MINIs later this year with the 2018 refresh that should hit with July 2017 production."
Clubman und Countryman ja, F55, 56, 57 ab 2018er Facelift.
"Is it Backwards Compatible?
No. Nothing ever is in BMW and MINI world. The problem is that the hardware is so tied to the software in these cars that BMW not is set up to deliver the type testing and support needed to allow for upgrade like this."
Auch die ab März ausgelieferten F55-57 MIT Touchscreen sind nicht kompatibel, da BMW/Mini den Aufwand für Test und Zertifizierung nicht machen will. -
Wenn das kommt kann Mini die App einstampfen .
Die Nutzer werden dann das benutzen Weil Car Play/Andoid AUto besser ans jeweilige System angepasst ist .

Ich glaube nicht, dass da eine andere Technik verbaut ist. Ich bekomme meinen kleinen am 1. Juni wäre schade kein CarPlay zu haben
Ich hoffe, dass man es irgendwie noch freischalten kann.. -
