The jcw stock exhaust sounds worse then the cooper s with tuning kit. Techically there is no difference between a jcw and s. Just software.
So jcw with tuning kit and cooper s with tuning kit have the same sound?

actually those who have it mounted say that there is a different sound, because of different exhaust pressures. Especially in valve closed mode.

TBH i drove both JCW and S with the Tuning kit and (IMO ) they sound exactly the same. I mean technically there is no difference between a JCW and S and i think that the software upgrade you get on the s is actually just the regular JCW software. My mini has 240 hp measured and is as fast and quick as a normal jcw.. but it can be just luck on my car.

according to my dealer and some owners the sound is the same.
However, in many videos on YouTube the jcw with jcw pro exhaust seems louder than the S with tuning kit with valve closed.
but I think that at the end of the year I'M going to mount the tuning kit! -

I got my Mini with the JCW Tuningkit. So i did not assamble it sorry.
@Applementalist Hatte nur den preis im kopf sorry. Wenn meiner nicht geleast wäre hätte ich auch jcw software + remus v2 gekauft

Ja ist noch zu haben. Die aktuellen Bestimmungen gelten nur für ganz neue Modelle, sprich wenn der Nachfolger des F kommt.
